IT support services include all the services that are associated with the management of IT infrastructure in big organizations as well as addressing IT related issues of SMEs and individual consumers. Though, the mention of information and technology triggers the image of a computer and monitor, it is not limited to only that. Such media include cell phones, televisions, and automobiles. Hence, IT support services is such a broad umbrella that encapsulates not only the needs of traditional data management or risk management, but also all the demands arising out of the experiments being carried out in relatively new areas such as e-Commerce, mobile e-Commerce and tablet development markets.
